Clipper Toast
Antiope's trip is now over
At least all the difficult bits
And with Ariel's crew we're in clovers
Thanks to Leif here in Reykjavik

We've climbed and we've kayaked and sailed
And we've fished and we've sailed some more
But at home when we tell our tales
There'll be icebergs very much to the fore

Icebergs in all shapes and all sizes
Most are white but some are bright blue
They look good but they're full of surprises
they roll over and fall apart too

There's one of us paid no attention
And declaring that iceberg is mine
He set off amid gathering tension
Giving his watchers a wonderful time

But sometimes those icebergs are scary
Especially when they move about
And for dealing with moments quite hairy
We'll forgive our skippers odd shouts

And now for a word about SPAM
And curry and broth and corned beef
They're filling and they warm from a can
but for variety a Big Mac's a relief

I don't know if I'll go back to Greenland
After all we've only seen a part
But for an awesome dramatic dreamland
Augpilagtoqs surely a start

This has been and extrodinary trip
It's hard to say what I've enjoyed most
But before Leg 3 spinakers rip
Clipper Greenland must now be our toast
