All the climbers are back onboard having enjoyed the welcome comforts of the heated hut with its fantastic views over the glaciers that spill in to the valley. So welcome in fact that we left a jar of lime pickle for the next visitors!
Malcolm White decided that the approach along the glacier was the only water he has "sailed" on that was frozen and at a 45 degree angle.
We are now anchored in Marie Haven, some 16 miles from Kulusuk and the climbers have gone to sleep smiling. Mark caught two trout – hurrah – although he netted them, finding it easier than using a hook!

The log entries are produced from messages sent by both Clipper yachts via their InmarsatC using BT satellite services. They are compiled either by Colin de Mowbray or David Cullen and the intention is to have them published by 1000BST daily.
