Towards Monte Rosa Hut Photo by: Jan   Date: Aug 1998 On the way to Mount Rosa Hut, the views of the Gorner glacier and the mountains beyond was completely stunning. You could just not comprehend the scale of the place. We were heading for a hut on the last rocky bluff to the right of the photo, but to us it looked like shear rock and we could see no hut.
