| Err, not quite! :-) This is one of the fab restaurants on the mountains. I think it is above la Daille. We had some of the best food we've ever had on a mountain in Tignes. The restaurant above la Daille rates a mention for it's fantastic pizzas and Salade Savoyarde (not to mention the extremely drinkable and altogether indespensible vin de table!). The other great great meal we had was in the restaurant across from the Grand Motte funicular base - a blissfull 4 courses consumed at a leisurely pace at a table draped in snowy white linen with a roaring log fire keeping you warm, and all without taking your ski boots off!!!! |
