| Never never never never do another ski package holiday. After 2.5hrs stuck in the baggage hall at Lyon airport with our bags stuck
out on the runway, and a schemozzle to try to find the right bus to get on to get to the resort, our sang was a little bit less than froid
by the time we arrived. But ... the view from the balcony of the chalet cheered us up immensely! Turns out that Val Thorens village is at
2300metres, but our chalet was at the very top of the village, and our bedroom was at the very top of the building, so we were probably
living at about 2400 metres all week. Maybe our mood was tinged with a little hypoxia?? :-)
